Vertex Standard Three-Year Radio Equipment Warranty
Vertex Standard portable radios, mobile radios, base stations, and repeaters are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use for a period of Three years from the date of purchase. Vertex Standard original accessories are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Airwave Solutions will arrange for Vertex Standard to repair the radio free of charge and pays return shipping via UPS RED. Turn around time is typically 4 business days from the receipt of your equipment by Airwave Solutions.
Other Manufacturer's Warranties
All other manufacturers of two-way radio products include a one year warranty.
